We loved staying 1 night here. The room was clean and big size in general, with garden view. The staff were very very helpful and affable and the location was incredible in the middle of jackson. And it was also right by the center and the taxi...

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully appointed with enough space for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were immaculate. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station, historic district, and restaurant area. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 7-11 store nearby. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our travel arrangements and were extremely helpful and friendly. we felt completely at home here.

Everything was as great as it could be. The room we had included a safe, TV, and a refrigerator. This was an excellent and particularly good location very close to the taxi, tourist area, and the center. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Takayama City district.

The hotel also had two private onsens, which were a unique and relaxing experience. The location was convenient, with key attractions and a convenience store within walking distance.

One setback we encountered was that the hotel did not serve breakfast or any other meals. While there was a kitchen available for guests to prepare their own food, we found it challenging to find options for breakfast in the area.

It was available for private use upon request and perfect for couples. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The public space included a lovely garden view, a quick and easy to use laundry room and a 24-hour coffee/tea station.

One of the only negatives was the lack of meals. Although the hotel had a large kitchen and guests were free to prepare their own breakfast, it would have been better if breakfast was served.
